ORDER PROCESSING
All Safeer orders are processed within 1-2 business days following order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

We deliver across Pakistan.

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad 3-4 business days
Other major cities 5-6 business days
Remote areas 7-9 business days
Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000.
Standard delivery charges: Rs. 200.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Safeer is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email at support@bysafeer.com. For real-time order updates you may also contact our concierge team directly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Product is unopened and unused
Original packaging is completely intact
Proof of purchase is provided
We regret that we are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
To initiate a return please contact us at support@bysafeer.com with your order number and reason for return.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@bysafeer.com with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@bysafeer.com. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
